Rank 1 - Increases the Critical Chance maximum by 2% to 27%
Rank 2 - Increases the Critical Chance maximum by 2% to 29%
Rank 3 - Increases the Critical Chance maximum by 2% to 31%
Rank 4 - Increases the Critical Chance maximum by 2% to 33%
Rank 5 - Increases the Critical Chance maximum by 2% to 35% and increases the Critical Damage Bonus by 10%.
